The Role

Everybody is unique. This means the medicine that works for one person might not work for millions of
others— and that’s what gets us out of bed every morning. At Clinvest Research, we study chronic,
unseeable conditions like migraine, arthritis, and diabetes to help bring new treatment options to the
world.

We’ve been conducting clinical trials in southwest Missouri for more than 30 years and have been a
part of over 400 trials in over 20 therapeutic areas. In order to keep growing and helping more patients
find hope in their conditions, we’re on the hunt for a team member to join us in our effort as a Clinical
Research Assistant.

As a Clinical Research Assistant, you’ll assist with clinical trial procedures as an integral part of the
research team. Your direction will be assigned by the Director of Research, but your day-to-day could
take many forms. From hands-on time with patients to driving around Springfield on supply runs or
touching up on protocol training, everything we do plays an essential role in advancing tomorrow’s
medicine— today.

We believe in helping you understand the fine print—here’s a list of skills that would make you the best
fit for this position:

  • Reporting skills, administrative writing skills, Microsoft Office skills, managing
processes, organization, analyzing information, professionalism, problem-solving, verbal and written
    communication,
  • ability to focus on and perform detailed work
  • previous phlebotomy/lab draw skills or willingness to learn
  • previous ECG experience or willingness to learn

We believe in double and triple checks.
This is a detail-oriented job, and since you fit that requirement, you’ll make sure to include #TripleCheck
in the subject line of the email you send us with your resume. Bonus points for resumes with references
we don’t have to ask you for.
