The Role

 

Join our exceptional team at Peninsula Research Associates as a Front Desk Receptionist. In this crucial role, you will play a vital part in the successful completion of our ground-breaking clinical trials, making a significant impact on medical advancements.

 

Type: full-time, fully benefitted

Location: Rolling Hills Estates, CA (no remote capabilities)

Pay Range: $16-18 per hour

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role in our team by reporting to management and performing essential administrative duties that contribute to the success of our groundbreaking clinical trials.
  • Be the first point of contact for our organization by answering and screening telephone calls, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and contributing to the success of our groundbreaking clinical trials.
  • Showcase your exceptional organizational skills by scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring the seamless operation of our cutting-edge clinical research site.
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
  • Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
  • Performing other administrative tasks, if required.

 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Skilled with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel required
  • Candidates with previous experience scheduling appointments for medical practices will be prioritized.
