Founded in 2018, Headlands Research is in high growth mode; we operate 15 clinical trial sites in the US and Canada and have rapid expansion plans.     The Role   AMCR is looking for a Clinical Research Nurse - LVN/LPN - to be responsible and accountable for the direct care of a group of research subjects during a designated time frame. The Clinical Research Nurse is a licensed clinical professional working with and under the direction of the Principal Investigator, Assistant Director, Lead Research Nurse, and in close conjunction with the Clinical Project Manager on early or late phases of clinical trials related to the treatment of diabetes. The Clinical Research Nurse is an integral member of the clinical trial team and assumes responsibility and accountability for the direct research care of a group of research subjects during a designated time frame. Nursing practice is focused on subject’s safety, IV placement and management, data collection, research subject’s satisfaction, and teamwork.    Position Type: PRN/Per Diem (Shift may range from 4 to 12 hours) Pay Range: $32-$45/hr Location: Escondido, CA Travel: 0% Clinic Hours: Mondays through Fridays, 8:00am to 8:00pm (Shift may range from 4 to 12 hours)

The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for receiving, storing, and dispensing investigational drugs according to study protocols and regulatory requirements. The physician is required to have an in-depth knowledge of protocol requirements, ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Health Canada Division 5 Guidelines. The physician will screen, enroll, and follow study participants, ensuring protocol compliance and close monitoring while the participants are enrolled in the study.   Job Type: Part-time, ideally 8+ hours per week Pay: Competitive hourly compensation  Work Schedule: Clinic hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm, work schedule will be part time and flexible.

We’re an exceptional family of next-generation clinical trial sites, integrating cutting edge technology and high-quality support services, and significantly expanding participant engagement Founded in 2018, our company operates 18 clinical trial sites in the US and Canada with rapid plans for expansion.       The Role   The regional controller is an integral member of the management team, reporting directly to the Headlands Research corporate controller and partnering regularly with operations. The role’s primary responsibility is to oversee the entire finance and accounting function for multiple clinical trials site locations (3-4 sites with opportunity to increase as sites are added), including but not limited to monthly revenue forecasting, accounting, monthly financial close, monthly financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and AP oversite. The Regional Controller is one several peer roles across the organization who support other clinical trials site locations in the overall Headlands Research network. The role will assist in ensuring a strong internal control environment and compliance with company policies and US GAAP.  This is a remote role with regular working hours – including regular meetings held via electronic platforms. This role does not have any direct reports. Rather, this role is situated in a matrixed organization- accounts receivable, accounts payable and limited general ledger support are provided centrally.

Richmond Clinical Trials is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Lab Assistant to join our team in Richmond, BC. The lab assistant is responsible for following all aspects of laboratory procedures, perform initial data entry into sponsor databases and provide administrative and clinical assistance to study coordinators in the conduct of clinical trials. As the primary resource for laboratory procedures, the lab assistant is responsible for collection of blood/urine samples (if qualified), sample processing, storage, packaging, and shipping and will be responsible for maintaining temperature logs, sample logs and shipping logs. In addition, data entry and automatic system-generated query resolution is the responsibility of the lab assistant. The lab assistant also assists with collecting vital sign measurements and performing ECG’s.   This is a full-time position that will be based at our site in Richmond, B.C.
