Overview

At Clinvest and Headlands Research, we are dedicated to enhancing clinical trial delivery within our communities. As a leading network of advanced clinical trial sites, we leverage cutting-edge technology and exceptional support services to broaden outreach and participation. Founded in 2018, our rapidly growing company currently operates 18 sites across the US and Canada, with plans for further expansion.

The Role

Everybody is unique. This means the medicine that works for one person might not work for millions of
others— and that’s what gets us out of bed every morning. At Clinvest Research, we study chronic,
unseeable conditions like migraine, arthritis, and diabetes to help bring new treatment options to the
world.

We’ve been conducting clinical trials in southwest Missouri for more than 30 years and have been a
part of over 400 trials in over 20 therapeutic areas. In order to keep growing and helping more patients
find hope in their conditions, we’re on the hunt for a PRN Per-Diem team member to join us in our effort as a Research Assistant. We are looking for someone with the ability to provide up to 20 hours per week, but able to flex dependent on the season and needs of the site.

As a Research Assistant, you’ll assist with clinical trial procedures as an integral part of the
research team. Your direction will be assigned by the Clinical Research Manager, but your day-to-day could
take many forms. From hands-on direct patient care by administering vaccine injections, to entering and managing data into various platforms, or touching up on protocol training, everything we do plays an essential role in advancing tomorrow’s medicine— today.

We believe in helping you understand the fine print—here’s a list of skills that would make you the best
fit for this position:

  • Current biology, chemistry, or other science-related student set to graduate within the next 1-2 years, looking for a potential career track
  • Pre-med or pre-PA/pre-nursing student looking to gain invaluable direct patient care experience
  • Anyone with a strong knowledge of research and conduct of research studies who is interested in helping to advance their research experience.

We believe in double and triple checks.
This is a detail-oriented job, and since you fit that requirement, you’ll make sure to include "#TripleCheck"
in the header in your resume.
