Overview

Toronto Memory Program, a Headlands Research site, is Canada’s largest and most experienced site for drug treatment trials in Alzheimer’s disease and related conditions. Founded in 1996, we have made significant contributions to over 100 drug treatment studies in Alzheimer’s disease. Our Medical Director, Dr. Sharon Cohen, a Canadian-trained behavioural neurologist, along with her team of highly trained research staff, have been committed to the development of better treatments for dementia for the past 18 years.

The Role

Toronto Memory program is looking for Clinical Trial Payment Coordinator. The Clinical Trial Payment Coordinator provides payment and reconciliation expertise in relation to patient stipend, AP and AR.

 

Responsibilities

  • Process participant stipends, prepare cheque runs and manage distribution
  • Conduct data review and verification within the CRIO CTMS
  • Perform AP bills reconciliation in CRIO CTMS
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable process
  • Manage employee reimbursement requests
  • Review financial and administrative documents for accuracy, completeness and consistency
  • Support the Controller and management team with administrative and financial tasks as assigned
  • Maintain organized historical records by scanning, uploading and filing documents
  • Perform all duties with a strong commitment to accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or certificate/diploma in business administration/accounting or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in administration, accounts payable/receivable and financial reconciliation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience with clinical trial management systems (e.g., CRIO) is an asset
  • Strong results orientation with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information
